These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tsunagi platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using Tsunagi, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service
Tsunagi provides a platform that enables businesses to connect messaging platforms such as WhatsApp with customer relationship management (CRM) systems like HubSpot in order to synchronize conversations and manage communications more efficiently.
Tsunagi acts solely as a software integration layer between third-party platforms.
Tsunagi is not affiliated with or endorsed by WhatsApp, Meta, or HubSpot.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a legally binding agreement to use the Service.
If you use Tsunagi on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account.
You agree to:
- provide accurate and complete information
- keep your login credentials secure
- notify us immediately of unauthorized account use
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Tsunagi to:
- violate any applicable law or regulation
- send spam, abusive, or illegal communications
- process data without proper consent or authorization
- interfere with the operation or security of the Service
- attempt to access systems or data without authorization
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Third-Party Integrations
Tsunagi integrates with third-party platforms such as WhatsApp and HubSpot.
Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
Tsunagi is not responsible for:
- changes to third-party APIs
- outages or limitations from external platforms
- data policies of third-party services

When using Tsunagi, you may process personal data belonging to your customers or contacts.
You are solely responsible for:
- obtaining any necessary permissions or consents
- complying with applicable data protection laws
- responding to requests from your customers regarding their personal data
Tsunagi processes such data only to provide the Service.

Some features of Tsunagi may require payment.
By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees associated with your selected plan.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
8. Intellectual Property
The Tsunagi platform, including its software, design, branding, and content, is owned by Tsunagi and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not:

- distribute
any part of the Service without permission.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- maintenance
- infrastructure issues
- third-party service outages
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tsunagi shall not be liable for:
- indirect damages
- loss of business
- loss of profits
- loss of data
resulting from your use of the Service.
The total liability of Tsunagi for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
11. Termination
You may stop using Tsunagi at any time.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if:
- these Terms are violated
- the Service is used in a harmful or unlawful way
12. Changes to the Service
We may modify or discontinue features of the Service at any time.
Where possible, we will provide reasonable notice for significant changes.

When we do, the "Last updated" date will be revised.
Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
